Kingsview, a spacious 1970s home by the Hawkesbury River, features 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms. Full interior renovation including kitchen, laundry, open plan lounge and dining, rumpus/family room. The renovation of 2 bathrooms and the addition of a further 2 bathrooms, to provide every bedroom with an ensuite. We will be focusing on exterior renovations for this property in the upcoming year.

Guided by it’s location on the banks of the Hawkesbury River the design is inspired by the surrounding landscape. We had the added challenge of having to ensure all ground floor surfaces could withstand the possibility of flooding and easy clean up.
