We transformed this home through a complete renovation and extension, from a single story dwelling to multi level. We managed every step from securing council approvals, interior finishes, fixture procurement as well as all the final touches. We added a beautiful swimming pool, a cabana, with an outdoor kitchen to provide the indoor, outdoor living that Australia is know for. By overseeing the entire project, we ensured the indoor and outdoor elements came together perfectly.
Complete knock-down rebuild with a focus on indoor outdoor entertainer’s living to cater for a large family.
Working with a small site of approximately 450sqm. the client had aspirations for a home to cater for a large family and friends. We expertly managed this comprehensive knock-down rebuild project. Features include coastal aesthetic, cathedral ceilings and timber beams, stone clad fire place, kitchen that opens to the entertainment area as well as the backyard. The outdoor space includes a free standing cabana and pool for the whole family to enjoy.
